You can remain anonymous however support is signposted within the survey if you want someone to contact you about a specific issue or concern. Although you will not be identified your answers will be shared with professionals in order to make improvements to services provided, so please write what you feel! You don’t have to answer everything, but the more you can tell us, the better we can understand what is important to you. In this survey we will ask you questions about your local area, by this we mean the street where you live and the surrounding streets, up to 15-20 mins walk away, also your school or educational establishment.
