Central Scotland Appropriate Adults Service Meeting : Volunteers Needed

Can you help? Central Scotland Appropriate Adult Service invite anyone interested in becoming a volunteer with the service to an informal meeting at Police Headquarters, Stirling at 5.30pm
on Tuesday 9th February 2010.
The scheme train and provide volunteers who support and facilitate communication between police officers and adults who have mental disorder (this includes mental illness, personality disorder, learning disability, acquired brain injury, autistic spectrum disorder and dementia).

Further details of the scheme will be made available at the meeting. This is simply an awareness-raising meeting and your attendance does not commit you to volunteering. Serving Police officers cannot volunteer to become Appropriate Adults.
